After Zack found out that his tenant had discovered his hidden cameras that were hidden throughout the apartment, he had to hurry to move to another part of the country and start all over again. Since he is a voyeur, already in his new residential complex, he again sets up a bunch of hidden cameras, and again enjoy what is happening, spying on other people.
